Working alongside CEO Charles Buchanan since 1992, Frank de Costa was an integral part of the development of one of the largest corporate management and charter operators in Canada. As a past Director of Medical Services and General Manager, along with his educational background (Hons BA, EMCA), Frank focuses on blending the passion of building a high performance teams along with planning and strategic implementation. On a day to day basis, he oversees finance, human resorses as well as corporate affairs. As Vice President of Operations, Frank is leveraging his 16 years of experience to build NovaJet into Canadian industry leader.
